Continued growth has created a full time opening in our Wethersfield, CT office to work on healthcare quality improvement projects.

This position is a full time entry-level opening for an individual to work on assigned healthcare related projects across a variety of settings. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a broad understanding of hospitals, home health, and long-term care settings. Participate as a team member on one or more project teams, represent Qualidigm to all applicable external clients, and assist in creating presentations for other team members. Maintain positive relationships with all customers, and assist with efforts to address any customer issues. Duties also include assisting with presentations at group meetings, webinars, and workshops.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare discipline is required, and some exposure to a healthcare setting, either through an internship or work experience. Also required is strong initiative, well-developed organizational, time management and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet. Excellent writing and strong presentation skills, and experience training individuals and groups.
