Ann Olson, RN, BSN
Principal & Vice President

Ann Olson is a Principal and Vice President at Qualidigm and leads the company’s growing Home Healthcare and Hospice division. She has over 30 years of management, strategic planning, business development, and leadership experience.  Prior to joining Qualidigm, she served as CEO of Interim HealthCare of Hartford, Inc., the home care company’s fifth largest licensed and Medicare certified agency in the country.  In this role, Ann drove consistent quality and financial outcomes, and led diversification through expansion to include a licensed Home Hospice division and a registered Personal Care and Support division.

She has facilitated organizational success through various leadership roles including financial planning, case management, quality clinical program and business development as well as sales and marketing initiatives.  Successfully navigating transformational change both internal and external, she has implemented change management strategies to enhance engagement, accountability, and improved outcome performance and metrics. She is a respected home care executive and has presented at various national and local conferences on industry challenges and opportunities.

Ann is a registered nurse, with a bachelor of science in nursing from Saint Anselm College, and is currently pursuing a Healthcare MBA degree at the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University.
