Tim Elwell serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Qualidigm, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the company while spearheading the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies to secure the organization’s sustainability and business development potential. He works directly with Qualidigm’s Board of Directors and staff to ensure the ongoing fulfillment of the company’s mission to advance the quality, safety and cost-effectiveness of health care.
Anne Elwell, RN, MPH, CPEHR
Vice President for Community Relations
Anne Elwell has directed numerous outpatient, inpatient and nursing home quality improvement initiatives for Qualidigm. Anne and her team have designed and implemented “Communities of Care,” a cross-setting initiative to decrease avoidable heart failure readmissions. This intervention program that brings together hospitals, nursing homes, home care providers and physician practices that care for the same patients.
Ann Spenard, MSN, RN, C
Vice President, Consulting Services
Ann Spenard, MSN, RN, C, RAC-CT, WCC is the Vice President for Consulting Services at Qualidigm. Ann has over 23 years of experience as a Long Term Care and Geriatrics Specialist and serves as Clinical Coordinator to the National Nursing Home Quality Initiative as well as independent Nurse Monitor in nursing homes under the Connecticut Department of Public Health. Ann’s areas of professional specialization include patient safety, training and development, assessment, nursing home quality improvement tools, electronic data collection systems, and workflow design.
Joanne Draper, BS
Vice President of Human Resources
Joanne Draper has extensive experience in start-up operations that require development of all human resources functions, including accelerated and specialized staffing. Her leadership in helping to retain and cultivate top talent has contributed to Qualidigm’s growth and consistently high employee retention rates.
