Qualidigm Launches New and Improved Website

Middletown, CT - Amid balloons, streamers and ice cream, Marcia K. Petrillo, Qualidigm’s Chief Executive Officer, hosted the official launch of the company’s redesigned website, www.qualidigm.org. During the electronic ribbon cutting, Petrillo remarked, "As the state’s Quality Improvement Organization and a designated Patient Safety Organization committed to quality and patient safety, Qualidigm has redesigned its website to serve as the gateway to credible health care quality and patient safety information and resources. Whether you are a health care professional who wants to understand the benefits of implementing health information technology or learn about quality measures, a business or health care provider with a need for Qualidigm’s consulting and research services, or a consumer with questions about the Medicare appeal process or quality comparisons, the information is just a click away."

Qualidigm’s new website provides access to the latest tools, techniques and resources on how to improve health care quality and patient safety. There is a wealth of information for health care professionals organized by setting – home health, hospital, nursing home, and physician office. As well, the website is a great resource to consumers and caregivers who wish to know more about the Medicare program or are interested in health care quality and patient safety. All visitors to the new site are encouraged to provide feedback to us on the website by completing a short online survey. The results will be used to make further enhancements to the site’s content, navigation and organization.
