Middletown, CT, May 4, 2007 - Qualidigm today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification, the international quality management standard maintained by the International Organization for Standardization located in Geneva, Switzerland.
To obtain this certification, independent auditors observed Qualidigm’s operations, interviewed staff, and reviewed numerous documents and procedures. At the conclusion of the audit, Qualidigm was found to have met the ISO 9001-2000 standard representing an international consensus on what constitutes quality management practices that help organizations focus on customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement.
Although ISO certification has been a benchmark in the manufacturing sector for many years, Qualidigm is the first health care consulting and research company in Connecticut to receive ISO 9001:2000 certification.
