How to Open and View Adobe^® PDF Files

If you have Adobe^® Reader^® installed on your computer

You can click on the link and the Reader will launch and open the PDF document into a new window. Once you are done reviewing the PDF, you can close the browser window and return to the Qualidigm website.

If your browser doesn't automatically launch the Reader and load the PDF document, you can also download the document, save it to your desktop and open it in Adobe Reader at your convenience.

If you do not have Adobe Reader, there are two ways to view this document:

Using the free Adobe Reader software. If you do not have a copy of Adobe Reader, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please note: Adobe Acrobat Version 5.0 or later is required to read our PDF documents. If you get an error when trying to bring up a PDF file, open up the Adobe Reader program and look at the version number on the opening screen to see the version number.

Utilizing Adobe's PDF conversion tool. If you are having difficulty downloading the Acrobat Reader, Adobe offers a free HTML (simple text) conversion process. Simply go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html and enter the URL to the PDF document. The PDF document will instantly be converted to an HTML document viewable through your browser - no plug-in needed. The process is quick and easy, and you'll be amazed at the results! This process is NOT recommended for forms or charts.

If you are visually impaired and utilize screen reader software that is not compatible with Adobe Acrobat 5.0, Adobe offers free online tools that convert PDF documents into either HTML or ASCII text. Click here for more information.
