We are an independent healthcare quality consulting firm, and the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Connecticut. Qualidigm is nationally recognized for its work in creating innovative and practical solutions to the challenges of improving health care systems across all healthcare settings – hospitals, outpatient services, home health agencies, and nursing homes. In addition to being the Connecticut QIO, we are a state designated Patient Safety Organization (PSO).

Health Data Analyst

Immediate opening for experienced professional to join our Analysis team. Your primary function will be to work with large national data sets to conduct analyses relating to the quality of healthcare. You will also serve as the analytic resource on assigned teams and projects, develop analysis plans, conduct statistical analysis, and serve as a contributing author of reports, proposals and publications.

A Bachelors degree with at least 4 years relevant experience is required; Masters degree strongly preferred. In addition, at least 3 years SAS software programming experience is required; SAS certification preferred. You must have advanced skills (at least three years) in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Access and Visual Basic. Also required is a working knowledge of large data set manipulation, including cleaning, analysis, reporting writing, and experience writing manuscripts, analysis plans, abstracts and related documents.

MR Application Specialist

Immediate opening for professional proficient in EMR implementation and use, to serve as the primary liaison between physician offices, key stakeholders and Qualidigm. You will work with clinicians and non-clinical staff in physician offices to maximize the utilization of their EMR system features, including data entry, extraction, and reporting functionality.

You must be proficient in one or more EMR software systems (e.g., Allscripts/A4, Misys, Practice Partner, eClinicalWorks, Soapware, NextGen, etc.). An associate degree in a relevant discipline or the equivalent in education and experience is required. Prior experience in EMR implementation preferred.
