Founded in 1983, Qualidigm is a nationally recognized consulting and research company and is the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Connecticut. Qualidigm is also a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) as designated by the State of Connecticut. We are dedicated to improving the quality and safety of health care and work to continuously improve care delivery systems so that all patients have access to and receive the right care at the right time. Our corporate office is located in Rocky Hill, CT.
Qualidigm’s highly qualified professional staff has extensive expertise in the fields of medicine, public health, nursing, medical sociology, statistics, epidemiology, education, communications and marketing, applied health services research, quality improvement and patient safety.
We are involved in partnerships locally and nationally with accreditation bodies, state and federal government programs, academic institutions, professional and community associations and research organizations, as well as with providers and consumers to create and promote effective health care system change.
